spIT is located in the heart of this lively business and social precinct with ample parking available nearby, as well as close proximity to the G-Link light rail and public transport services. spIT is situated within Southport Central Tower 3 (the Red tower) 9 Lawson Street, Southport QLD 4215, located closest to the Southport City Library.

Southport Central offers 3 hours free parking. Alternatively, parking is available at the Athol Paterson public carpark located behind the library.
