    Enables you to offer other companies, or individuals, to market your company's products or services for a commission for each item sold from their referral.

    This is a great way to increase sales as you only pay a percentage or set amount for sales that actually occur. So in other words an affiliate program is an agreement between yourself and another company, who sends traffic from their website to yours in return for commission on actual sales made.

    An affiliate program encourages other high traffic websites to you link to you. Rather than paying on a per click basis, which does not guarantee sales, you only pay a percentage of actual sales, or set amount, made as a direct result of a visitor clicking on a referral link. This system will also improve your link popularity at no additional cost, potentially leading to enhanced positioning within search engine results but definitely an increased number of click throughs.
